The Original Angry Birds sound design was simple – make the birds and the pigs stars of the game and stand out from the other sound design. As for the Angry Bird and pig vocals, the recording sessios were held in Rovio Mobile offices and recorded in ‘jolly’ condition and in a really good mood. This session added pure artistic values to the project which resulted in really odd but somewhat realistic bird and pig sounds. The family of a South African performer and composer who died in poverty are suing Disney for £900,000 over claims that the company used of one of his tunes in their hit film and stage show The Lion King. Solomon Linda, who died in 1962 aged 61, wrote "Mbube" while eking out a living as a beer-hall singer in Johannesburg.
