The film is currently being shot at Docklands Studios Melbourne in Melbourne, Australia. Filming began on May 13, 2010, based at the Docklands Studios Melbourne in the Docklands.



In July 2010, Jason Statham's scenes were shot at the Brecon Beacons in Wales. (The British S.A.S. regiment trains there and that is thought to be one of the reasons why it was chosen as a location for the movie.)
